Clear commercial labelling

Paid advertising and paid visibility on Firmeego must be clearly distinguishable from ordinary marketplace content. A commercial placement does not improve verification status, does not represent an endorsement by Firmeego and does not alter moderation standards.

Direct advertising

Firmeego may offer direct advertising placements on selected public marketplace surfaces. Campaigns are reviewed before activation. Firmeego can refuse, pause or end a campaign that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, technically disruptive or inconsistent with the marketplace.

Advertising data

Firmeego direct advertising is designed to use first-party aggregate impression and click counts. The direct-advertising system does not require third-party behavioural tracking or targeting based on sensitive personal information.

Marketplace integrity

Advertisers must not imply that Firmeego verified, guaranteed or recommends the advertised business, product or service unless a separate Firmeego verification interface explicitly states the scope actually reviewed.

Availability and Preisgestaltung

Placement availability, campaign duration, pricing, taxes and any applicable limits are confirmed before a paid campaign is accepted.
