Firmeego

Marketplace transparency

Discovery without leakage

Firmeego aims to publish enough public information for search, screening and genuine enquiries while reducing unnecessary exposure of detailed evaluation value.

What belongs in public

Public discovery can include category, chosen public location precision, asking price, broad operating signals, current status, photos, excerpts and scoped verification outcomes.

For acquisition listings, public financials use bands or summaries where appropriate rather than complete due-diligence tables.

What belongs in private

Financial evidence, full financial periods, contracts, customer or supplier concentration, asset registers, lease terms, title evidence, document files and buyer-specific questions belong in enquiry, NDA and Deal Room workflows.

Ranking and paid placement

Paid placement can increase visibility where enabled, but it does not change verification status and does not represent a Firmeego endorsement of the opportunity.

Platform boundary

Firmeego does not block contact sharing, but off-platform material cannot be controlled by Firmeego permissions or used as a complete platform evidence trail. Firmeego does not itself custody marketplace purchase funds.

AI and automation boundary

Firmeego can use optional AI assistance for tasks such as structuring an authorised listing import, turning buyer intent into editable criteria, or explaining a deterministic Buyer Request match from public listing facts. AI assistance does not automatically publish a listing, grant Deal Room access, approve identity or verification evidence, or make a transaction decision.

Marketplace matching and workflow automation should remain explainable from the account's stated criteria and platform records. Where Firmeego shows an AI-generated explanation, it is an aid to review rather than a substitute for source evidence or professional diligence.
