Trust & verification
Firmeego trust controls for public discovery, scoped evidence, NDA and controlled Deal Room access.
Trust is structured, not implied
Firmeego keeps seller-declared claims, Firmeego-reviewed evidence and buyer-specific Deal Room material separate.
A public listing can be useful without being fully verified. A verification badge can be valuable without covering every claim.
Controlled access
Sellers can approve Deal Room access, require confidentiality acknowledgement and grant specific document permissions. General signed-in access is not the preferred path for acquisition documents.
Clear limits
Firmeego does not custody acquisition purchase prices and does not replace legal, tax, financial or technical due diligence.
Buyer and seller responsibility
Parties should keep questions, evidence requests, access decisions and offers in the acquisition workspace where possible, then use appropriate external legal and settlement arrangements to complete the underlying transaction.
