Seller claims, evidence and review are separate

A seller can make a public claim, upload evidence for private review and receive a scoped Firmeego badge only where the review supports it. Those stages are deliberately not treated as the same thing.

Public badges show scope

A verification badge identifies what was reviewed and, where relevant, the period or validity window. It does not verify every part of a listing and does not guarantee future performance, title transfer or completion.

Private evidence stays controlled

Documents uploaded for verification, Deal Room use or buyer-specific review are not public listing content. Access depends on review status, release status, seller decision, buyer permission and NDA where required.

What buyers should still do

Buyers should use the acquisition workspace to ask precise questions, request documents and perform their own legal, tax, financial, technical and operational diligence before relying on a claim.

Assistance is not verification

Firmeego may use automation or AI assistance to structure seller-provided material, highlight missing fields or make a workflow easier to complete. That assistance does not create a verification badge and does not replace the scoped evidence-review process. Verification outcomes remain tied to the evidence and review controls described on this page.
